The development of digital skills plays a key role in preparing individuals for life and work in modern society. A deep modernization of the curricula is the main cornerstone of the project, and it is planned to be carried out with the involvement of national and international stakeholders and benefits for all the nation. The digital skills of the academic staff and the professionals will be further developped through international mobilities, team work and industrial training experience. The creation of new and innovative laboratories, digitalized and equipped with innovative hardware and software, in the field of power systems modelling, rural electrification, renewable energies, energy storage and electric mobility, will strongly improve the academy-industry link and give the Central Asia graduates the skills requested by the employers protagonist of country’s energy transition.
